Meet Lynn Cromwell. She has a huge heart, is an amazing leader and has a true passion for helping others. We interviewed her to get a peek into what drives, inspires and excites her about the YL business...

• Tell us something the YL business has given you to be grateful for.

"I’d say better health for sure. I’ve met great people & made wonderful friends. Plus it’s my retirement plan ...and that’s a huge thing for me."

• Who have you enjoyed blessing with YL?

"I've been interested in alternative health for 20 some years, and I just love being able to help people support their health with natural options."

• How has your business team environment helped or inspired you?

"It has helped me to grow as a person and inspired me because I am around people who want to learn and grow. I'm excited to be a part of a team that has a vision and grows together."

• What has the YL business helped you accomplish for yourself ?

"It has given me more confidence, for sure, about being able to step outside of my comfort zone and talk to more people about YL and what it has to offer them to help in their lives."

• What do you look forward to achieving as you continue in the YL business?

"I want to rank up to platinum in the next five years because I’ll have enough income to quit my high-stress IT day job and just do this job, which is my passion."

• How has YL improved your daily routine?

"It improves my health from the minute I get up with the stuff I use in my shower, when brush my teeth, when I drink my protein energy shake, when I use oils at work to help me focus, and when I go to bed after using the oils that help me sleep better. Young Living helps me with every aspect of my day...all day long."

• How long have you been in the business; what are the average salaries for ranks and how

many hours a week do you spend in this job?

​"I have been doing the business for nearly two years and spend an average of 10 hours a week on this job ...about 8 of which are FROM HOME."

• Why did you choose the YL business over another company/job?

"I have worked for other MLM companies over the last 25 years, but this has stuck with me because of the support I get from my team. We are a big family and they lift you up when you are feeling down. I feel that is so important. The knowledge sharing and the generosity of this group has really helped me to stick with my long term goals in this business."

• How has doing the business side improved and invigorated your life so far?

"I definitely feel like I have a purpose and something to look forward to and spend my energy on. I have made so many amazing friends and go to amazing events and it’s given me a reason to reconnect with old friends, to share different things, and to help people. That’s what I really love. Even if they do not end up buying their own starter kit yet, I can give them an idea of something that can help them in their life and that’s what I love about this job."

• What is the most fun part of this “job”?

"The make and takes are so great! I love to get a group of people together and make something they’ve never tried before. Its always fun to get together and have some snacks and wine and make cool DIY things. Then on top of that, I really enjoy when they go home and message me and say, “Wow, I can’t believe how well that worked!”
