We have had a couple of really nice warm days here in Michigan. After what seemed like two straight weeks of rain, the sun is a welcomed friend. Today is even hit the high 80's! Woot! Sometimes when we first start getting these warm sunny days we might not be so great with the sunscreen even though we are outside a lot more. I know I got surprised by some intense rays on the right side of my body during one intense soccer game. My shoulder may have been a little pink and uncomfortable that next morning. Fortunately, I have some relief spray already mixed up that I was able to spritz on to cool and keep it moisturized. Ahhhhhh so much better. I love that I can easily make a batch up with what I have at home. But, I love it even more when I have some ready to go. I have shared my easy recipe below.

Relief Spray
1 spray bottle
1.5 ounces of water (45ml)
1 tablespoon aloe
12 drops Young Living Lavender essential oil
6 drops Young Living Peppermint essential oil
Place all the ingredients in the spray bottle, shake well, and spray on area as needed. *Learn from my mistakes* a small funnel really helps get the aloe into the spray bottle and a 3-4 ounce spray bottle leaves shaking room.
