Hi there! :)
My name is Laurie Diratzouyan and my oily journey started in March of 2014. And boy, has it been a life changer in so many ways. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. Back in 2014 I was doing Senior Caregiving privately in the client’s home. I was working a 48 hour shift each week. I would leave my home on Monday morning and wouldn’t return until Wednesday. Needless to say, it was taking its toll on me and my family. I was burnt-out! And more importantly, I had 3 teenagers at home that needed the presence of their mother.
Insert Essential oils.
I attended an essential oil class hosted by my BFF and taught by my wonderful sister-in-law. I was very interested about getting rid of the chemicals in my home and couldn’t wait to get started using the oils. My second son has severe seasonal discomfort and had been treated for many years in traditional ways. I just hated seeing him struggle with dark circles under his eyes and constant sniffles every night. I wanted to try a more natural option to help support him. I made him up a roller ball bottle and had him roll it on his feet each night before bedtime. I was amazed at how well the oils supported a healthy immune response for him so that he no longer had those dark circles or sniffles. With a strong and healthy immune system, he did not have to deal with all the side effects that the traditional treatments gave him. Even his physician was amazed and please with how well his immune system was supported strictly using essential oils. Oils for the win!

I was very impressed with Young Living as a company. I was told about the income possibilities and truly just wanted to be able to get my oils paid for. I am NOT a SALES PERSON. So, I simply started sharing about my love of the oils. I mean how could I not. They are amazing.
I got involved with the business side of the oils for many reasons. Meaning my “why” is constantly changing.
Some of the reasons I love Young Living & the freedom it has brought me:
I really wanted a job that gave me the flexibility that this one has ...so I can be around more for my teenagers.
My soul is happiest when I am being creative. This job allows for that creativity.
I’m a people person. This is a relationship based business.
Freedom to travel. I love that part!
No ceiling on the income possibilities.
Residual income from a consumable product (that I can even pass down to my children). Need I say more?
I have never regretted my decision to give this business a shot. I have grown so much because of it. It has pushed me beyond my comfort zone more times than I can count. And it feels good. Because as they say, that’s where the magic happens. <3
