You Can Inhale THIS

When I first got my starter kit from Young Living I was a little intimidated by all of the choices and not yet confident in my dilution abilities...so...I diffused...I diffused a lot. It was so nice to have my house smell like something again. My sensitivities to artificial scents had me using natural cleaners that did the trick but smelled like nothing once I was done. A little lovely Lavender Essential Oil at bed time, some Lemon Essential Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil in the morning, Stress Away Essential Oil just because. It was lovely.
Eventually we added more diffusers to the house so I wasn't traveling around every day from room to room. Honestly, so I didn't feel so guilty about running the diffuser in my bedroom when I have three kids that wanted it too. Things were smelling great all over the house.
At some point I added an Orb Diffuser to the collection so I could diffuse in the car and at my office. I definitely recommend this as an addition to any serious Oiler. I still haven't found the trick to open it smoothly but the extra effort is worth it to diffuse on the go. I even have some diffuser jewelry that helps out on occasion but it didn't pack the punch that I needed.
There was still something missing though. There are times where I want to diffuse for the benefits without having to plug something into an outlet. Then, my friend told me about inhalers. At first I thought they looked like little tampons and didn't want anything to do with them. A couple months later, I was having a rough time transitioning to spring that year. I loaded one up with R.C., and it totally changed how I felt.

Inhalers are something that I won't be without ever again. These are easily portable tubes that you can load up with oils and put right in your pocket?! Yes, please! Place your oil drops right in the soft wick (I like to use a plate since there is usually a little overspill), place the wick in the base, snap on the top, then screw on the cover. Then you just unscrew the cap whenever you need a quick whiff.

Here are a couple recipes from a recent inhaler make & take event that our team did.
