Whether you're a teenager or at the other end of the age spectrum, tea tree supports your skin's needs. Do you know the four types of tea tree oil? This one is the Melaleuca Alternifolia essential oil, and there are three more: Melaleuca Cajuput, Melaleuca Ericifolia and Melaleuca Quinquenervia. The distinctions between the four is in the molecules found in each plant called constituents. Those constituents are what give each oil its unique properties. So even though they all come from the same botanical family, the individual parts make each one distinct.
