WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS

All this Essential Oil (EO) info sounds great right? But those oils won’t do anybody any good if they just sit on the cabinet shelf! So, how do we use them?

There are 3 main methods:

  • Eat them! There are a few ways to ingest EOs, you can add them to water, cook with them, place them directly on your tongue, or add them to a vegetable capsule and swallow like any other pill

  • Spread them! EOs can be used topically in a roller bottle with a carrier oil (grape seed or olive oils are popular for this), turned into a cream, spray, or applied neat/straight up (i.e. no dilution, straight from the bottle)

  • Breathe them! With your Young Living kit you will receive a great diffuser, choose your scent, add water, plug in and take a deep breath! You can also unscrew the cap and take a whiff right out of the bottle, doesn’t get much easier than that!

There is more to learn though, so watch the video!
